The house is located on a sloping site surrounded by dense vegetation. From the entrance level, the building extends downward, following the natural incline of the terrain.

At the entry, a slim yet tall vertical volume announces the presence of the house and contains the lift shaft. A wall alongside this volume conceals a staircase that descends to the lower floor. On this same level, a light wooden pergola shades a generous terrace, which also serves as the roof of the level below.

The square is the fundamental module of the design. Three squared volumes are vertically stacked, each rotated 45 degrees from the one beneath. This geometric strategy produces a dynamic yet rigorous composition. The central volume, rotated diagonally in relation to the plot, ensures optimal orientation and panoramic views for all five bedrooms.

A grid of exposed concrete beams structures the interior, providing both order and character. At its center, a spiral staircase connects the bedroom floors with the living area below.

At the lowest level, where the building meets the base of the slope, a spacious living room opens directly onto a large outdoor area, establishing a strong dialogue between interior and landscape.

Through the application of simple geometric rules, the house achieves a synthesis of functionality, coherence, and expressive form, resulting in a residence that is both rigorous in structure and fluid in spatial experience.
