This renovation reimagines a former factory as a contemporary workspace that both preserves and elevates its industrial character. The existing concrete structure, textured ceilings, and exposed mechanical systems remain visible, grounding the project in the building’s history. Around this robust framework, the interior is reorganized to create fluid, comfortable, and engaging spaces.
A bold yellow flooring system guides circulation and unifies the different programmatic areas, while large glass partitions introduce transparency and allow natural light to permeate deeply into the plan. The layout brings together a variety of environments—tasting rooms, classrooms, dining zones, and the expansive “Chill Hub”—encouraging a dynamic interplay between focused work, collaboration, and informal gathering.
