This house is set on a slope and conceived as an exercise in balance. A concrete core organizes the interior circulation and acts as a single massive column capable of supporting the entire structure. Resting atop this core is a wide, flat roof whose system of beams allows the floor slab below to be suspended.

The result is a light, elegant structure that surprises with its simplicity while offering unobstructed views toward the river at the front.
